Notice is given that a quorum of the members of the Bellaire City Council and all City Boards and Commissions (Audit Finance Board, Board of Adjustment, Building and Standards Commission, Cultural Arts Board, Environmental and Sustainability Board, LIFE Advisory Board, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and Planning and Zoning Commission) may be in attendance and participate in a reception and general training session to be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. in the Lobby of City Hall and in the Council Chamber, First Floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Avenue, Bellaire, Texas 77401-4411.

Union Pacific Railroad is continuing maintenance work at the Bissonnet crossing tonight and Tuesday night. The intersection will be closed beginning at 9:00 pm to 2:00 am tonight, July 24, and tomorrow night, July 25. Please look for detour signage and flagmen if you are traveling on Bissonnet during this time period.
